Description
The Paddling Pool Drain Wedge is a single-part print designed to solve a common frustration with framed and inflatable paddling pools: the drain valve sits at the very bottom of the pool wall, flush with the ground, so water can’t flow out freely when emptying.
The wedge slides under the pool wall at the drain point. Its angled profile gently lifts the base of the pool, while the arched channel through the centre keeps a clear, open path for water to escape. Instead of the drain being pinched shut against the floor, water is directed through the channel and away from the pool.
It’s designed for anyone with a garden paddling pool — no tools, no assembly, no modifications to the pool itself. Place it, open the valve, and let gravity do the rest. The solid wedge geometry prints reliably in a single piece with no supports required.
